A Super Halloween

Hey all! Sorry it's been so long since I've uploaded any new art, but school has kept me really busy and I just haven't been in the mood to draw digitally. But I really want to post at least one picture a month, so I managed to get this done in about an hour and a half. I'm pretty happy with how it came out, especially since I haven't used Sai in ages. And I really like dressing Dinky up in silly costumes
