Request: Festival of Fools

Whew! X_x Glad this is finally finished. It took a lot longer than I thought it would. I am never drawing a picture with that many colorful characters for a while. There always something I don't like about a character came out (Except Archer. And Twist. And maybe Ruby and Sweetie Bell.)
